Description:

You might wonder if by doing a sexercise routine on a regularbasis, your sex life will benefit, not only your body. In short, yes it is. But…there is one question…
What are sexercises?
Sexercises, or a sexercise, is something that has only one goal: help you get fit through sex. When we say "sexercise" we understand sexual positions that are customized so that you can burn more calories while you have sex, thus helping you lose weight without having to spend hours in a gym – you can instead, spend that time having sex, which, in my humble opinion, is much better and a whole lot more fun!
If you want a definition of sexercise then that definition would be in the lines of: sexual positions that were modified to help you work your muscles more when you have sex, hence helping you lose weight while having intercourse.
It’s needless to say that there are quite a few sexercises: some are for the advanced, while some for beginners, but they all have the same goal and do the same thing: burn fat! The beauty of it all is that you can easily do this at any time, with anyone, and still get fit!
Break down the walls sexercising at any time with anyone as often as you want! However, each time you’ll have sex from now on, you’re going to burn calories and lose weight! There are sexercises for men, as there are sexercises for women, and your age or sexual orientation doesn’t really matter!
But how exactly do sexercises improve one’s sex life?
First of all, when you learn a sexercise (check out this site), you learn a new sexual position, with a twist. Basically you can improve your sexual repertoire and surprise your partner in a nice way with sexercises. And that’s just the start! The more your sexercise workouts, the more fit you’ll become, and you’ll be able to have sex for longer, and you’ll also extend your sexual repertoire.
Of course, if you’re a man, you might say that if you sexercise you’ll finish too quick, and you won’t satisfy your partner, or you might say that you might be seen as a sexual freak by your partner. But, if you don’t go too fast and you don’t use one of the most spectacular sexercises, this won’t happen. Plus, there are books that can help you last longer in bed. Women share the same fear: they will go too fast, scare their partner and they won’t climax. Not rushing things is the way to go.
Naturally, no matter if you’re a guy or a gal, and you use a sexercise routine during your act you shouldn’t say that you’re sexrcising. Why is that? Because they might take it the wrong way and think that you’re using them as training partners, not as sexual partners.
